In the User Groups, there is a possibility to define a default staff, suppliers, agency, guest and crew members group.
In order to manage your user groups you need to enter a few things in the Booking Manager following those easy steps: go to Preferences > User groups
To add a user to a group please do the following: choose the group name (1) from the left side column Groups (2) or add a New group (3) if it does not exist already in your group list, after that from the right side choose to Add user (4), it will open the pop-up window Select user (5), pick one person from the list (6)and click Choose (7).
Default staff group - users that are added to this group are shown as workers in the Task editor. The workers are persons who perform certain tasks and they can not be selected if the default staff group is set or if there are no users added to that group.
Default suppliers group - users that are added to this group appear as suppliers of articles in Articles editor. One supplier can be assigned to each article and it will not be possible to assign if the default suppliers group is not set or if there are no users in that group.

Workers can have access to their own tasks and owners can have access to the tasks that are carried out on their yachts through the CBM module only if proper permissions are set up for individual user groups. Setting permissions is done in the Permissions tab (8) by selecting the Task (9) module.
For workers (Staff) (10) it is necessary to allow Read (11) and Manage (12) right in the Task module. To save changes please click Apply (13), only if you want to copy-paste permissions to a specific group (14) choose Apply rights (15).
For owners (16) it is necessary to allow Read (17) and the Owner (18) right in the Task module.
