Send Crew List from Agency Portal

In order to speed up the booking process, Booking Manager enables Agency Portal Users as well to send crew list links directly to their clients to enter all required data.

Where can the link be sent from?

Agents can send crew list link directly from their Booking Manager Portal account in the next two ways:

1. through My Bookings section 
2. from the reservation details

How to send the link?

To send the link agency should go to:

1. My Bookings
2. Click to edit selected reservation
3. Choose to send the link

Or send it from the reservation details:

1. Go to My Bookings
2. Send the link

After choosing to send the link new window will appear:

These data will be automatically generated:

1. an email address if entered on the contact
2. predefined crew list template with the crew list link

and you will be able to send it to the customer.

This feature for agencies will additionally speed up the communication with the charter operators and save time for both sides.
