Send Crew List from Agency Portal

In order to speed up the booking process, Booking Manager enables Agency Portal Users as well to send crew list links directly to their clients to enter all required data.

Where can the link be sent from?

Agents can send crew list link directly from their Booking Manager Portal through the My Booking section (1.)
First step is to assign a guest to the reservation (2.) 

and then click on the three dots on the right side (3.) from there you can either send the Crew List Link directly through Booking Manager Portal to the client. You can also choose to Copy the link and send it through any other mailing systems. 

After choosing to send the link new window will appear:

These data will be automatically generated:

1. an email address if entered on the contact
2. predefined crew list template with the crew list link

and you will be able to send it to the customer.

This feature for agencies will additionally speed up the communication with the charter operators and save time for both sides.
