When you receive payment for a Reservation, Booking Manager allows you to send a Payment Message which can be predefined as a template
How to enter Payment Template Message?
Go to Preferences>Messages
After that, a new pop-up window will open;
- Select Enter payment confirmation
- Choose in which language it will appear
- Choose the style of your message
- Type any text you want to appear, you can insert signature, photo, etc
- Select Apply after you're done
How to send Payment Template Message
After you've entered payment to the reservation,
- Select the payment
- Choose Print Invoice
3. After the Invoice opens, select envelope sign
Payment message template will appear
