Booking Manager gives you the ability to set different access levels for the different User Groups you've added to your address book.
How to Set Permissions for a User Group on the Local Application
On your local application, click on Preferences - User Groups:
Select the User Group (1) for which you want to enable permissions and click Permission2 (2):
The system will show you all the modules that can be customized (Operations, Reporting, Maintenance, etc.) (1). Clicking on one of the modules will display the categories associated with that module (2).
By clicking on the "Off" button (1), the system will show you the level of access you can grant on that specific module (2).
As you can see, the system offers four options: ALLOW, MY_OWN, MY_OWN_BOAT, and DENY.
Selecting ALLOW will give members of this User Group full access to the section and will allow them to view all reservations in the system.
Selecting MY_OWN will allow members of this User Group to view only the reservations they have entered into the system.
Selecting MY_OWN_BOAT will allow members of this User Group to view only the reservations they have entered and the reservations on the boats for which they are set as Owner.
Selecting DENY will prevent members of this user group from viewing any reservations.
Note: Not all modules offer the option to select different access levels. For example, in the Reporting - Basic Reports module, you can select OFF or ON.

On your Web Application, click on Settings - User Groups:
