Task category editor is used to be assigned to each task. If there are no categories defined in the task category editor then it will not be possible to assign a category to certain tasks.
Task Category Editor
In order to run Task Category Editor in your Local Booking Manager you need to do the following: Maintenance> Task category editor.
It will open the pop-up window Task category editor with two columns, the first column is on the left side Task categories and there you can add categories and second is on the right side Task details and there you can give the name to your categories.
Each category can be assigned a name and a category to which it belongs. The name of the category is entered in the field on the right side whereby the category for which we want to change the name has to be selected in the tree view on the left side of the window. The definition of the categories and subcategories is done by simply dragging and dropping one of the categories to another category in the tree.
To add a new category you need to click on the tab New (3), it will open the New category filed (4) in the Task categories tab, then you can name it n the tab Task details (5) on the right side and when you finish do not forget to click Apply (6) button on the bottom of the window and your new category will appear on the left side of the screen under the category that you choose.
