How to use Realized Revenue report

With Local Booking Manager, you can create various financial reports and one of those is Realized Revenue Report.

Go to Reports > Realized Revenue List

After the report wizard opens, you can choose:

1. Period type - it can be period, by month, or by year
2. Choose a year or date range
3. Currency-choose in which currency report will be created
4. Group by owner-if selected, the owner will be on the top of the report
5. Yacht name-if all yachts are selected report will show all yachts, you can select either one or couple or all of them
6. Choose-Create report

This is an example of one reservation for which a report will be generated:

1. Base price-Base price on reservation
2. Number of weeks-How many weeks yacht was booked
3. Discounts-Gross discount amount
4. Discounts percentage-Gross discount percentage
5. Agency commission-Gross discount amount
6. Agency commission percentage-calculated price after discount percentage (486,23/3825*100=12,71)
7. Discount and commission -calculated amount of discount and commission (675+486,23=1.161,23)
8. Discount and commission percentage-(1161,23/4500*100=25.81)
9. Guest price Gross
10. Guest price Netto
11. Owner share Netto
12. Charter share Netto
