On 14 May 2026, the Greek Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy introduced a new digital platform for the online submission of crew lists. The system, known as e-Ναυλοσύμφωνο (e-Charterparty), is available at echarterparty.yna.gov.gr. Booking Manager enables Greek Charter operators that have an active account on e-Ναυλοσύμφωνο to generate a JSON file and upload the crew list. In the first part of this article we will see how to set up and use the Web Version of the system, in the second how to set up and produce the file on your Local Application.
Requirements Before Getting Started on Web Version
To set up the system so that the generated file can be uploaded to e-Charterparty (e-Ναυλοσύμφωνο), you must ensure that your fleet's country of origin is Greece.
To check this setting, click on Settings (1), on Company Details (2), and check the Country field (3).
All boats for which you want to produce the file to import into e-Ναυλοσύμφωνο must have a Greek base as their main base and must have the Call Sign field entered.
To view these fields, click on Settings (4), Yacht details (5), and check the fields Base (6) and Call Sign (7):
All bases you wish to use the e-Charter Party for must be associated with a Port Authority of your choice. To do this, click on Settings (8), Base Settings (9), and select the Port Authority from the drop-down menu in the Port Authority field (10).
How to generate the JSON file
Once all required prerequisites are completed, you can generate the export file directly from the reservation tab.
Before generating the file, make sure that all required information about crew members is correctly entered in the reservation tab.
Now select the Reservation (1), click on Crew List (2), and click on the button Charter Party (3).
The system will now save a file in JSON format that you will then have to insert into e-Ναυλοσύμφωνο.
JSON File Structure
The system-generated file is structured into three parts.
The first part contains the charter information (1). This section, if you have set up the system correctly, is automatically generated by the system.
The second part (2), called "parties," shows the parties involved in the charter. This section may change depending on the data you entered for the reservation.
The third part (3), called "passengers," retrieves the crew member data directly from the crew list.
Note that in the "parties" section, the "charterer" email must be visible. To make the email visible, you must enter the end customer in the Guest field (1) of the Reservation tab (2).
Also in the "Parties" section, the "Broker" field can be filled with different information depending on the data entered in the reservation. If the Client field is empty, the system will insert the charterer's information in the "Broker" section.
If you don't want your charter information to be visible in the JSON file, simply go to the Yacht Settings section and check the "Company is a Broker" checkbox.
Finally, if you want the agency to be visible in the "parties" section as a broker, simply enter the agency in the Client tab of the booking.
