Booking Manager enables you to send Newsletters directly from Booking Manager by integrating it with Constant Contact.
Next, enter the name of the list (1.) and one mail address manually (2.) (you will not be able to save if you don't enter one manually) and press Save (3.).
When the list is complete go to Booking manager and open Preferences > User groups. Press New (1.) to open the new user group and write the exact group name (2.) as you used for the name of the list in Constant Contact and press OK (3.).
Once you opened the group, click on it to select it (1.) and place a check to be a Newsletter group (2.) and then click on Add User (3.) to add users to the group.
When you click on Add User the address book will open. You can now use Groups filter (1.) to filter out any particular group is you want it. Then select users you wish to add by clicking on it in the list (2.). If you want to add multiple users, hold CTRL key and keep clicking on them in the list. Once you selected all you wish to add click on Choose (3.).
Once you added the contacts they will appear in that group (1.) and will be synchronized to Constant Contact list
Setting up the mailing lists in Constant Contact and connecting to the Booking Manager Address book
After you signed up to Constant Contact, next step is to setup mailing list in your Constant Contact account. To setup your first list click on Set up your first list (1.).Next, enter the name of the list (1.) and one mail address manually (2.)
