When you receive a request from a client Booking Manager has the capability to reply to that specific e-mail received in Outlook.
Reply with a Price quote
Select in Outlook the mail you wish to reply to (1.).
Then you go to Booking Manager and prepare the Price quote as you normally would and in Email preview you will find Reply to button. (1.)
When you click on the reply button, a new email will be automatically opened in your Outlook and becomes a reply (1.) to the received mail. Your reply is placed above (2.) the originally received mail (3.)
Reply with a Booking confirmation
Select in Outlook the mail you wish to reply to and go to Booking Manager > Reservations and select a reservation (1.) with which you want to reply and click on Email reservation button (2.)
In Email preview you will find Reply to button. (1.)
When you click on the reply button a new email will be created in your Outlook and it becomes a reply (1.) to the received mail, with the Booking confirmation pdf attached (2.). Your reply, with your custom message from Message settings, is placed above (3.) the originally received mail (4.)
