Modifying Agency commission on multiple boats when sending a quote

When adding two or more boats in a quote you have three possibilities how to adjust Agency commission.

No commission (0% commission to all boats)
Fixed amount (one value for all boats)
Default (different values for each boat depending on amounts added in Yacht or/and User settings)

You can find this adjustment when selecting two or more boats, selecting 'Add to quote' and pressing 'Send' button:

Price Quote Wizard window will open where among other possibilities you can modify Agency commission:

How to adjust 'Default' values?

There are two ways - through Yacht settings or/and User settings.

Go to Work - Yacht settings:

Select wanted yacht and scroll down where you can find 'Product commission'.

Here you add a value that will be used as a default value for this boat when sending a Quote with the Default agency commission setting.

Go to Work - Address book:

Select wanted User and click on the Misc tab and in the field Agency commission/discount add wanted value:

Please note: If the Agency in the Address book has a special Agency commission added, it will show as a Fixed amount for all the boats.
