After Java update in some cases you might not be able to start the Booking Manager and you receive "Unable to launch" message.
This is not a big concern because the Booking Manager is easily restored into working condition because the program is still there, just the shortcut is faulty.
First you should delete the non working shortcut from the desktop and unpin the program from the taskbar (if you are a Windows Vista or Windows 7 user).
Then open your Start menu and open Control panel (1.)
Once you opened the Control panel switch the view (1.) to either Large or Small icons for easier find (only on Vista or later) and open Java (2.).
The Java Control Panel will open on General (1.), find the Temporary Internet Files (2.) and click on View (3).
Once Java Cache Viewer opens, select the Booking Manager (1.) and click on the center icon (2.) to restore the Booking Manager to your desktop.
If you find the Java Cache Viewer empty that most likely means that the update was to the completely new version of Java and that your Java cache is empty.
In that case go to www.booking-manager.com/cbm/LBM/distribution/ and click on step 2. to reload the Java cache and once it downloads place the shortcut
