Connecting to Charter Rating Systems

One of the advantages of using Booking Manager both for charter providers and agents is that it connects to many more services providing the most complete technical and quality information about fleets in the system.

Rating services are a great source of quality information about the fleets and Booking Manager displays rating data from all relevant services including Euminia (www.euminia.com), YachtAdviser (www.yachtadviser.com) and YachtCheck (www.yachtcheck.com) systems.

This document will help you to learn how to correctly connect the Eumina and YachtCheck rating systems with Booking Manager.
 

Inserting the Company ID

The first step in connecting the rating systems with the Booking Manager is to enter the company ID assigned to you by the rating system.

Open Preferences > Addons.

1. Go to tab rating systems
2. Enter the ID numbers assigned to your company by the rating system either Euminia, YachtCheck or both, depending on what system you are using
3. Press Apply 

On Euminia System you can find the Service key of your company in "General data" section of your admin area:

Inserting the boat ID

When you entered the company ID now you need to enter ID's for the boats individually. Open Work > Yachs, select a boat (1.) and select the tab of the rating system (2.). Enter the ID of the boat as assigned by the rating system into the ID field (3.). When you are done press Apply (4.) and repeat for each boat in your fleet.

On the Euminia system you can find the yacht id in the list of yachts in your admin area.:

Displaying the ratings in Booking Manager

Ratings of the boats are displayed in the Booking Manager on each boat (1.) separately for each system (2.) below its ID (3.).

Displaying the ratings on the Portal

The boats that are rated in the respective rating systems will display the grades in the search results that are clickable for more detailed overview.
